  11. I am having a very HARD time hosting my Turbo C++ 3.0 under Windows
  12. 95. In a full-screen its fine, but in a Window it tends to crash every
  13. now and then.

  15. Are there any freeware, shareware, or Borland-provided Windows IDE for
  16. Turbo C++? I want to avoid shelling out $200 or more for Borland C++
  17. 4.0 or something like that which has the Windows IDE but makes DOS
  18. executables as well...

  20. I don't mind shelling out a few dozen bucks though... if its worth it.
